Job Posting: Executive Director

Camp Huston, located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains about an hour northeast of Seattle, is seeking its next Executive Director to manage all aspects of the operation in a way that carries out the mission and builds a sustainable future. The Executive Director will oversee development, promotion, and implementation of all programs and retreat services, provide effective, safe management of all facilities and assets, and ensure the financial obligations and needs of the ministry are met.

An employee of the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia, the Executive Director will possess:

  • Judgment to maintain confidential information and to assess and manage risks of all kinds
  • Willingness to serve all people with love and address special needs with sensitivity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff as a cohesive team
  • Personal desire and capacity to facilitate spiritual development in people of all ages

Compensation includes salary, ranging from $55-$80,000 depending on experience, on-site housing, utilities, pension, and health insurance. Applications are due by July 15, with a flexible start date planned in October.
